Should you adopt a puppy from us, and find that the puppy will not work in your home, please contact us as soon as possible. If you return the puppy to us within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued. If the puppy is returned more than 48 hours after it is adopted, but less than a week after it is adopted, all but $100 of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you return a puppy or dog to us more than 7 days after you purchase it, we will re-sell the puppy/dog. Once the dog is sold, you will receive whatever we are able to sell the dog for, minus expenses. Please return the puppy with all the paperwork. If any paperwork is missing, an appropriate amount of money will be deducted from your refund in order to replace the paperwork. If you paid by check, and the check has been deposited, a refund will not be issued until the check clears. In order to receive a full or partial refund the puppy must be returned in a healthy condition. Should the puppy show signs of abuse or neglect, no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for any vet care necessary due to neglect or abuse.
If at any time during the dog's life, you are unable to keep a dog that you purchased from us, we require that you return the dog to us or at least notify us of the dog's new living arrangements. We do not want our dogs to end up in a shelter or an unfit or abusive home. So, if you are able to find a good home, you may notify us of the conditions in the home the dog will be going to. If you do not have a good home lined up, we require that you return the dog to us.
Note: The return conditions in this policy are in place should the puppy need to be returned for any reason other than a health reason. If there is a health problem with the puppy, the conditions in the written health guarantee will apply, rather than the conditions listed in this policy.
